01General Terms & Eligibility

Ku9v (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online gaming service operating for members across multiple countries, including Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ku9v and all its members.

• Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are not permitted.

03Age Verification & Minor Protection

Ku9v's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from creating accounts or participating in any gaming activities.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

06Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

• All game outcomes are governed by an internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• Once a bet is placed in a live game, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the bet will be voided and your funds will be refunded.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

• Depositing funds obtained through theft or fraud.

08Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Ku9v reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without prior notice, especially in cases of breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• If a violation of the terms is confirmed, the account will be suspended immediately.

• Ku9v is not responsible for issues caused by internet disconnection or device failure.
• Ku9v is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Ku9v will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a member sharing their own password.
• No compensation will be provided for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
